Loved every detail about our quite comfortable 3 nights stay here. Rooms with comfy beds had a contemporary atmosphere. The staff was accommodating and gentle, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.
I loved spending time here. The total stay was very very good on a five day vacation. The location was ideal, not too far from a city park. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very very nice area. A double room was newly decorated and updated had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. There were tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator.
The hotel was family and clean in general. The place had a family atmosphere. This location was fab, close enough to restaurants, and the Disney parks. Had tea and goodies at The Cheesecake Factory, nestled 1 mi of the venue.
The hotel was cute and fairly clean with pleasant views of the ocean. The venue had pleasant and exceptional staff who made the stay great. The location was unbeatable and stunning, within walking distance of Sue Greenwood Fine Art.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the complementary facts offered by the hotel. Another great aspect was the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, we enjoyed the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant.
The walls in our room were thin, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from neighboring rooms.
Also, the front desk staff wasn't very knowledgeable or accommodating when we arrived early for check-in.
An upscale property, fairly clean, unbeatable and easy location to many different activities. Everyone who works in the hotel is courteous and accommodating. Overall great food, plus there is Dave & Buster's close by.
Everything was great, accommodating staff, magnificent location not far from Disneyland and the Anaheim Marriott. The room was spacious and beautiful with 2 queen beds, a bath tub, excellent service. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Very good features and unbeatable location.
This hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & Wellness Centre with a Sauna, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Body Scrub. The location is ideal, with beach access and a pool with a view. The Private Facilities are also an advantage, with a Restaurant, In-Room Breakfast, Poolside Snack Bar, Bar/Lounge Area.
The only issue we encountered was one minor miscommunication with the service, but it was quickly resolved.
we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.
Good for wedding. Clean hotel with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Favourable and easy location for our visit to a man-made island not too far from the property. Good stay in pretty area.
